OracleOPS and QC&A+ application processes

Has anyone had any experience with this application running with SG/OPS ver A.11.13 and Oracle 8.1.7.2 or 4
We are having trouble with multiple Oracle processes being opened on the server by the client at one time, and then the processes are not closing or dropping when the client exits.

We have applied odbc client patches, and Oracle 8.1.7.4 patchset, which has not helped.
Any suggestions?
