Ordering HP-UX 11.00 Install and Support Plus CD's

I'm hoping that some one can help me locate the link in ITRC where I can order the HP-UX 11.00 Core os Install and Support Plus CD's. I require extra copies for our DR site.

These should be orderable through the Software Update manager (SUM) link. I believe that this relies upon you having set up your software handle in the ITRC.

Hi Scott,

the delivery procedure through the Support Manager works fine, however, I was only able to order the support plus CDs once (in Q2 / 2000) from then on it always showed me, that the software was already orderd, so since then I had to order the newest CDs through a service call.

Don't know why it does not work for me ?!?!
But you can do a download as well, if it is urgent.

Thanks guys, but I can't seam to find the SUM link anywhere on the HP web site. And the URL I was given is not vaild for me as I'm in Australia and I use the us-external website.

I'll just keep searching.

If this doesn't work, go to:

http://itrc.hp.com then select 'Maintenance and Support' and then scroll down and you should see in the Downloads section 'updates (software update manager)'.
