OS-Core-B.11.31 is not installed on HPUX 11.31 IA64 OS

Hi, I am new to hpux. For Oracle RAC installation i have installed two hosts with HP-UX 11.31 IA64 OS. But while Oracle RAC prerequisite check it's showing that OS-Core-B.11.31 is not installed on both the hosts. Could any one please tell me the steps to install "OS-Core-B.11.31" bundle ?

If you are on 11.31, you have installed it.  Or perhaps Oracle wants a particular update for 11.31?
