OS installation problem on integrity VM guest.
I have 1- VM host and 2 VM guests.
After creating virtual machine(guests) on VM host, I started installation OS(HPUX11.31) on one of guest(vm name is vm1) using ignite server.
But, processing was always stopped as below stage.

Re: OS installation problem on integrity VM guest.
I've always wanted to say that.
Chris, I don't actually see an error message.
Maybe post a little more.
All vm guests need a boot device, a cpu, and memory. If they lack any of these things the installation will not work.
Please provide hardware and software information on the Host machine, including version of vpars.

Re: OS installation problem on integrity VM guest.
As said SEP, no error message ?
What are those partitionned disk c1t1d0s2 and c1t1d0s3 and why did you choose to work this way ?
1GB of RAM is a very low value for an HP-UX system, whether it is a virtual machine or not

Re: OS installation problem on integrity VM guest.
HP-UX 11iv3 requires a MINIMUM of 1.5GB to install succesfully, using only 1GB will result in various issues preventing an install. This applies to a stand alone machine as well.
Also, your disc specification looks suspicious.
Why do you have an s2 and s3? what size are these sections?
