OSI Transport in HP-UX

Can anyone tell me if the OSI Transport sw is included in the Enterprise version of HP-UX 11i? I looked into ordering it, but it only shows availability for 10.X and earlier?

I have enterprise on two servers (11i), and it doesn't list OSI at all. Have a look at this link, it doesn't seem to be free.

But if you look up the part numbers in the price guide, it doesn't have an option for 11i, only 10.X and earlier.
