OSIping

Whenever two user try to osiping an equipment, the person who started first receives the ping but the other one receives the ping only when the first one stops pinging the equipment otherwise not. I have already installed patch PHNE_33030

PHNE_33030 is superseded by newer patch:
PHNE_36694 OTS9000 C.11.0[01] Cumulative Patch

Install PHNE_36694 first & retest osiping
