Re: OTS9000
This sounds like a name resolution problem.
Check
/etc/hosts
/etc/nsswitch.conf
/etc/resolv.conf
One of those files is mis configured or the server its pointing to for dns resolution is not set up to provide a proper answer.
If you could provide a command and error message, we could provide you more detailed help and be sure of the answer. Above is a guess.

Re: OTS9000
The problem is very strange:
I opened two different terminal session:
On the first one I launched the osiping command versus an OSI machine. This works well.
On the second one I launched a different osiping command versus another OSI machine. It doesn't work (no response).
Just after the first OSI ping stop, the second one works fine.
Do you think that it could be a dns problem ?
What are the logs that you need ?
Thx
Nicola

Re: OTS9000
But try with full address
osiping 30012033960050513055
osidiag
Osiconfchk
Check these files for config
/etc/opt/ots/conf/ots_dests
/etc/opt/ots/conf/remote_app
/etc/rc.config.d/x25
Regards.

Re: OTS9000
also with full OSI address I am not able to do a contemporary ping (also on the same OSI address from two different terminal)
What I have to check ?
With osishowis
I can see the OSI list correctly.
After to be launch osichkconf I don't know what is the keyboard combination in order to launch for example the Help Menu(^ F1,..)
Thx
Nicola
