Outgoing Sendmail

Problem: I have an 11.23 OS trying to sendmail to the internet. It fails. I can send within the corporate network to my mail account on outlook and that works fine. When I try to send outside of the corporate nework it fails.
The logs show that the mail was sent and accepted by the gateway for delivery and no errors are found.

Any suggestions of why I can't get ouside of corporate intranet? All replies are appreciated.

If the "logs show that the mail was sent and
accepted by the gateway for delivery and no
errors are found", then perhaps the next step
would be to look at the logs on "the
gateway", whatever that is, to see what
happened next.

Also, actual log excerpts are normally more
credible than someone's opinion that "no
errors are found".
