PA-RISC & Itanium Depot Set Up Suggestions

Hi Folks:

I have created three depots under /var/opt/ignite/depots for 11.11, 11.23, and 11.31. I've got some questions maybe you can help me answer:

1. I believe all of thees depots are PA-RISC based. I have media for ITanium 11.23. Should I run make_depots with this media? For 11.23 PA-RISC, I ran

# make_depots -r B.11.23 -s /dev/c0t0d0

Would I need to runit with the same syntax? Will the resultant depots conflict?

2. Is there seperate media for PA-RISC and Itanium for 11.31?

For 11.23 and 11.31 there are only combined media for both, IA64 and PA. Most patches and applications have both versions included, if they differ.

The last two releases ship on the same media and can be copied with swcopy into an install depot.

11.11 was PA-RISC only.
