Package list for HPUX Full/Minimal install
Does anybody have a list of what packages are installed with the HPUX Full install and the minimal?
Mainly what are install under the UXCoreMedia package so I can check the differences between the full and minimal.
Thanks in advance,
Colin.

Re: Package list for HPUX Full/Minimal install
What I actually mean is what packages go on. i.e. Full install = NIS, NFS, etc. Minimal = NFS.
This is so I can remove software packages one by one to secure the box.
I have used a bastion host doc to build a web server but it broke my application. I want to remove packages one by one and test to see where it breaks.
Regards,
Colin.

Re: Package list for HPUX Full/Minimal install
i suggest you mention the application, so we can tell what are the dependencies.
Usually there are the pre-requisites in the installation guides of the software, comprehensive of the minimal requirements.

Massimo

Re: Package list for HPUX Full/Minimal install
The application is JD Edwards Websphere. Which is an IBM product sitting on Apache.
Thanks,
Colin.
