Package Name with .2 extension
Hi All,
I have installed hpuxwsApache on HP-UX 11.11 machine and after installing it, when I goto /var/adm/sw/products folder i see apache folder as hpuxwsApache.2 (i see the same .2 extension when I install packages like Tbird, Firefox), whereas the default packages or when I download bundle and then install i don't see .2 extension after the package name in the /var/adm/sw/products?
Can someone suggestion?
Thanks
Jeevan

Re: Package Name with .2 extension
(You shouldn't be paying attention to the man behind the green curtain or looking under the hood. ;-)
I've seen this when there are two conflicting products, IPF and PA in a depot. Perhaps once this is done on the installation depot, it gets transferred to your system like that.
Basically, everything is fine.
