PAM Kerberos for hpux 11.00 and Windows2003 AD

Hello,

Does anyone know of either a general or open source version of PAM-Kerberos for me to install onto my hpux 11.00? In other words, I was able to manually configure & run latest revsion of MIT Krb5 1.4.2. The problem now is that the current hpux's PAM-kerberos bundled package won't recognize communicate with latest MIT Krb5. Please direct me to how I can make either hpux's PAM-kerberos to work with the latest MIT Krb5, or how to retreive a different PAM Krb5 module? Thanks.

PAM Kerberos on HP-UX should work with any MIT Kerberos version, as long as you have replaced: libkrb5.sl,licom_err.sl,libk5crypto.sl and libgssapi_krb5.sl with the newer verions. The reason why 1.4.2 does not work on 11.00 is due to unguarded IPv6 specific calls in the MIT code. These calls result in "unresolved symbol" error for these v6 calls while trying to load libkrb5.sl. You ca verify the same with a small program that will try to shl_load() the new libkrb5.sl library.
