panic reboot
our server (11.11)rebooted and this is what i see in shutdownlog ..

You need to contact HP support and they will instruct you on how to prepare your crash dump for export to them for analysis. You can also choose to examine the crash dump yourself after downloading and installing the q4 utility -- but, if you have to ask, you are probably not the person to be doing the analysis.
In many cases, your problem is fixed by applying the latest patch bundle --- especially if you are rather lax about patching. I would prefer to let HP analyze your crash dump.
Have a look at PHKL_34665; it just might fix you but that is really a guess w/o a q4 analysis.
