Paper sizes

Hi,

We have Oracle Applications 11.0.3 set up here in US, as well as in a branch in Germany. All the reports are printed in US on "Letter" page size while printing on an HP Laserjet printer. Works fine.

Now the same report, when printed in germany on "A4" size paper, we get some data truncation on the right side (for portrait reports) and data spilling onto the next page if the report is in Landscape/Landwide mode.

This may happen because of the difference in paper sizes. So I tried printing same here, on A4 (ISOA4) size and it works well..!!

Further, in Germany I found out that they are trying to print using "DIN A4" size paper. Is it different from "ISOA4" ?

How can I resolve this problem ? Please guide.

Hi there.
DIN A4 paper is 210 mm by 297 mm.
DIN is the German equivalent to ANSI.
