as some of you might remember, we are two doctoral researchers at Maastricht University studying online technical support communities.

We have now extended the deadline of our survey until the end of January, giving you another chance to win one of 100 Amazon vouchers sponsored and managed by our university. Until now, about 300 forums members have already participated, however, we are aiming to reach at least 400 responses.
