Password aging for trusted host system

Hi Everyone,
I have a quick question dealing passwords on a trusted host system. We have a system that requires 5 days before a user can change their password again. A client approached me and changed his password today, but wanted me to set the date it was changed to 11/01/00. That way on Friday he is able to change the password again(this is due to the 5 day between password setup). This is do to some type of validation test. Can someone please help me out with a line command or something? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
