What is the way to have all the passwords on hp-ux 11.0 with :
- 5 alphabetics
- 2 numerics or specials
- 5 alphabetics

It depends. If you are running a trusted system then you have several choices for password construction. Man passwd for details BUT if you are not running a trusted system then your only option for non-standard password construction rules is to build and install a custom passwd program. It's not difficult but it does require a bit of coding skill.

Solution
I don't think so.
The standard requirement is 6 characters.
Special cahracters don't work well in passwords,some of them won't work.
You might want to make your system trusted which can be done in sam.
