Password Settings on Trusted Systems

What commands do i need to use to check the following password settings:

1) password length
2) password change time
3) password history
4) max number of times system allow to try the failed

the command is /usr/lbin/getprpw

/usr/lbin/getprpw root

if you do a man on getprpw it will show you the parameters and what it stand for

the easy way is to go to sam then Auditing and Security then System Security Policies

look at /tcb/files/auth/system/default for system wide defaults

Have a look in /etc/default/security...
