Patch Installation error

Hi all,
I have an HP rp3440 server that I installed HP-UX 11i Version B.11.23
The system is supposed to run Oracle. When the Oracle guy begins installation, he is informed that some three patches are missing:PHSS_32511, PHSS_32512 and PHSS_32513.
I downloaded them but during installation analyzation fails. I've attached the error doc.
Kindly assist.

Hi rianui,

those patches are for C/C++ Ansi Compiler. It seems that this product is not installed on your system.

You can check this witch swlist and look for "B9007AA C.11.23.14 HP C/aC++ Developer's Bundle ".

Hi Rianul,

You need this patches if you have the ANSI C and C++ installed on the system.
