What if I do just,
swinstall -xautoreboot=true -s /path/QPK1100_11.00.depot QPK1100
without the option patch_match_target?

Take a look at the capture from HP-UX Patch Management doc:
"If you want to install from a depot of patches, the patch_match_target option can be used to select those patches which correspond to any product installed on the system. This is most often used to install the proper set of patches from a patch bundle. Note that in HP-UX 11.X, the match_target option has been modified so that it applies only to non-patch software."
Because many patches aren't designed for individual installation, the automatic matching options(autoselect_patches, patch_match_target) should be the preferred method for installing patches.

The patch_match_target=true option will only select patches that are applicable
to the software that is on the system.
If this option is not enabled patches for the software which is not on the system might also get installed.

Make sure you run this option while installing the bundles.

check the installation instructions that come with the bundle

Hi,

I think we were advised not to use this option. Something to do with the 32bit patch filesets getting selected on a 64 bit system.
