Re: patch request

Hi:

You can browse and download patches by clicking Maintenance/Support (on the ITRC home page) -> Individual Patches. You can search by Patch_ID or keyword(s). When you find what you want, you can download the patches.

Re: patch request

If you know the specific patch/patches that you are looking for then you can download them directly from the ITRC.

Within the ITRC, click on the Individual Patches link, then select Retrieve a Specific Patch if you know the patch number you are looking for, or select HP-UX Patches and you can search the patch database for the patches you need. Either way, when you get to the patch that you want you can download the patch by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button or right-clicking on the ftp link and select the Save Link As... option from the menu.

Re: patch request

You can also get patches via anonymous ftp from HPs ftp site:
us-ffs.external.hp.com
Use you email address for the password. The path is hp-ux_patchess700_80011.X or 10.X depending on which you want.
This assumes you know which patch(es) you want.
Each directory also has a catalog file describing the contents of the directory.
