PATCHES
Like a bad unix admin, I didn't have a make_recovery tape for an old K210 that died on me (running 10.20). I now have to rebuild my server. I have done that but I don't have a patch depot or anything like that either. What is the easiest way to get all the hp recommended patches installed on my system? Downloading the individually seems to be tedious. Is this my only option? What do you all suggest? After this, I will establish a patch depot. Regards,
Mike
PS: Is it me or is this site down frequently? The people who contribute are WONDERFUL; however, the site itself seems awfully unstable.
Mike

Re: PATCHES
Try this link:
https://software.hp.com/cgi-bin/swdepot_parser.cgi/cgi/try.pl?productNumber=B3782XSW&date=
or go to software.hp.com and search for general release patch.
When you install the patch bundle, don't forget to use "Match what target has" first.
Good luck. :-)

Re: PATCHES
Click Maintenance and Support -> Downloads / Licensing -> Standard Patch Bundles (Support Plus)
You can download or request CD shipment [ ...although I guess you need it now! ;-) ]

Re: PATCHES
you download a script that collects all your hardware information and then upload it to the site. You then analyze it on their end and it gathers the patches together in a bundle for you to download. Pretty slick overall. JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ACCESS THROUGH THE FIREWALL!!
Good Luck,
Jerry
