PCI-X card unclaimed and unknown

I have the following card installed in my rp4410 system. We are running HP-UX 11.23. I get the following:

Class I H/W Path Driver S/W State H/W Type Description
===================================================================
lan 0 0/1/2/0 iether CLAIMED INTERFACE HP AB352-60003 PCI/PCI-X 1000Base-T Dual-port Core
lan 1 0/1/2/1 iether CLAIMED INTERFACE HP AB352-60003 PCI/PCI-X 1000Base-T Dual-port Core
lan 2 0/5/2/0 iether UNCLAIMED UNKNOWN PCI-X Ethernet (80861027)

The part number of the card is AD332A.

Re: PCI-X card unclaimed and unknown

That looks very odd - the card is supported in the OS and you have the correct driver IEther-00.

Can you check there is power to the slot the card is in:

olrad -q

should show you

Only other thing I can think of doing is updating to the latest IEther-00 driver, which is B.11.23.0609 (from the Sept 2006 DVDs if you have them).
