PeopleSoft CRM App - "Logout Issue"

Hi Friends,
I'm working on PeopleSoft 8 based CRM application. The MOST CRITICAL issue I'm facing is "logout" issue. What's happening is that when agents are logged in withing PeopleSoft portal (CRM app), sometimes they gets "logout" from the page abnormally. Although PeopleSoft is still trying to resolve this issue, I'm wondering if anyone of you have experienced similar situation and can give your expert comments on the ways to resolve this issue.
