performance issue on hp-ux10.2 machine
we have a HP J class workstation, which was used for development.
we had a schduled reboot of the system. after that the performance of the system is gone down??
we looked at all the logs but nothings seems to be creating a problem.
any inputs will be a great help.
Thanks & regards,
Govind.

Re: performance issue on hp-ux10.2 machine
you could check whether it has rebooted with the same kernel.

Re: performance issue on hp-ux10.2 machine
How did you determine that the performance had gone down? Post the outputs of the following commands.
sar 5 5
sar -d 5 5
sar -v 5 5
sar -b 5 5
vmstat 5 5
swapifo -t
kmtune -l -q dbc_max_pct
kmtune -l -q dbc_min_pct
kmtune -l -q timeslice
top 5 process in 'top' output.

What about the 'netscape' session run by the user 'harik'. Is it part of your application?.
