Performance Issues on a K360

Hi, I'm trying to improve the performance on a K360 with 4 180Mhz processors & 1.12GB of memory. Were running 11.0, informix 9 & People Soft 8. I've attached a copy of current kernel settings & patch levels. I have a couple of ideas; lower amount of memory informix is using, install patches for TCP, because I'm seeing a large number of TIME_WAIT sockets;& ?. Thanks for your help!
