Does it have to 5.6.0? I found 5.8.0 at the porting center:

I agree with Harry - you can only get perl for 11/11i from HP. Running 10.2, you'll have no choice but to obtain source & compile.

Here's a source for 5.6.0 from cpan.org that you could compile for 10.2
