Each time I have tried to install something from https://www.beepz.com/personal/merijn/ , I have not been able to run it on this machine (PA RISC 1.1 - 32 bits).

I always have a execute permission error message (and yes, I have checked owners and persmissions).

Another solution someone ?

You are right, that would be an issue (the 32bit and risc1.1).

Maybe Procura can provide either build instructions or a "port". Hopefully He'll pipe in.

I've got forum problems from work. I cannot logon anymore :(

For 1.1/32 binaries, go for the 10.20 builds. Should work. https://www.beepz.com/personal/merijn/perl-5.8.0-gcc-3.2-10.20-pa11-ora.tbz is the binary you want. Been there for quite some time now.
