pgp public keys group

I have a public key that I send to my clients, and they encrypt the files prior to sending to me. What I need to know and do is there a way that I can use the same public key in house for all my co-workers to use to send encrypt unix files. I have trouble reading and understanding the man pages. I do not want to load my public key to each individual keyring..
