please help! error while install SGeRAC

The MCSG is already installed with the new server. Both MCSG and SGeRAC's version is A.11.19.

When I try to install SGeRAC, the error came out:
Could not apply the software selection

"SG-RAC-Tool,r=A.11.19.00,a=HP-UX_B.11.31_IA/PA,v=HP" because a different variant of a dependency for this product has already been selected.

PS: the server has 8 CPUs, while the quantity in the SGeRAC's codeword paper is 4.

Does anyone know the reason？

Sounds like everything is already there, but you can be sure with

swinstall -p ....

-p for preview

Then look at both the swjob report provided at the end of the report as well as the swinstall log found under /var/adm/sw.

Look for 'excluded'. 'Excluded is not an error and usually means the patch has already been installed or the patch is not needed.

Once the codeword is input into swinstall interface, the software is visible and can be installed. This is not the issue.

What the message means is there is a conflict with your software choices.

There is more message text and a log which if you share, might enable us to help you.
