Please help me in configuring ftp server

Hi All,
I need to configure ftp server on HP-UX 11 just to exchanges files from client.How can I restict ftp user from accessing the other directories other than its homw directory.

Here is an example:

user name is ftpuser and gruop is ftp group.Its home directory is ftphome.

when the user login into the system,he should only able to access his home directory and below,and he should not access above from his home directory like /,/etc..

How can I restrict that.

Please help me in this issue.
