Please help me to fix the logic driver!

On a Rx2800 server , the hard disk of a RAID group was failed, I change the disk to a new one, and after the synchronzition , the stat of the RAID became OK, but in syslog.log , there many fault report like below:

It seemed something wrong with the harddisk which I replaced(Enclosure: 1 Bay: 2),  but the stat of  this disk in sautil and saconfig was normal.

Can anyone tell me how to correct the bad block and stop the error message?
