points unassigned

I posted 2 messages and received replies, but the points button says unassigned. How do I give points to the replies?

Make sure you're logged in.

You should see something like
Welcome, FirstName LastName
(your_ITRC_id)
in the left-hand margin below the menu.

To assign points, you have to be logged in. The left hand column, below the menu, should say "Welcome Jeff Hagstrom". If you are not logged in, there should be a "login" menu item that you can click on. Once you are logged in, each reply to your message will have an "Assign points" button. Click on that, the reply comes up with a box that lets you select the number of points to assign. You have to do this for each reply individually, which is very cumbersome.

it is easy , just look if you are login to the itrc , if in the left screan you can can login it mean that you didnt login to the system and you need to login but if you see logout it mean that you are login to the itrc .

you can also look for

yo assisgn point just put the assint point button but you can only assign point to a reply that you made .

It would be great to be able to respond to a whole screen of giving points at the same time, but not yet, each has to be done individually.

I commend you for asking about giving points, as way too many never give any points.

I mostly try to make it a point not to assign points until the question is answered or nobody has a clue as you only get one chance, you can't change your mind after the fact of giving points.
