pop3 - how do I "set chunky writes = tls" with config file

I am using Qpopper 4.0.5 with HP-UX 11.i and we are getting several pop EOF errors. I've seen some advice on eudora's web site that I need to try to set chunky writes = tls in a config file, but no clear instructions on how to do this.

Does anyone know how to do this with Qpopper?
