port 56574 sunrpc on UX 11i HP9000

Helloe we have KFSensor running on a win machine to watch the net. We have a hp 9000 with UX 11i which is opening the UDP port 111 on the KF sensor watching maching.
Does anyone know what port 56574 sunrpc on UX 11i HP9000 is good for?

Basically, it means that you have some RPC-based client process running on your HP-UX system which is trying to attach to some "server" process on your KFsensor honeypot.

Hi Ingo,

Port 56574 is basically a negotiated high port that systems work out.
The initial traffic starts on 111/UDP & then they decide on a high port to do the rest of the work. This is the normal way it happens.
