port change for HP-CLIC
Hello,
we are running an increasing amount of ServiceGuard Clusters for our customer.
All Servers run SAP and our customers wants to use port 3384/tcp for usr as sap Gateway on some servers.
Unfortunatedly, port 3384/tcp and udp is used for the Cluster Management Services, which we may want to implement when the amount of clusters is going to increace as it does today.
Is there a way to reconfigure the Cluster Management Services during installation to use an other port?
Is this advisable?
Is it easy and fast or is it a lot wort to do if you have some 100 servers? (At present, we run about 50 clustered servers)
I want to figure out wether we have to fight for this port or wether we could let it go without further implications for the operating of the servers.
Any comments are greately welcome.
Kind Regards
Ralf
