PORT PTS

Hi, i have and requeriment that ask me for a new port PTS, because they are creating new conections in testing.

 

Where we be a manual that indicates how do this ?

   I'll bite.  What, exactly, does "PTS" mean to you?

   "a new port" from what to what?
