PowerChute for HPUX v2 v3 (Itanium/PA-RISC)

Does a version of PowerChute exist for HPUX v2 v3 (Itanium/PA-RISC)? If not, is there an alternative?

Yes, the latest version of PowerChute supports 11iV2 and V3 (and not V1 according to the documentation!). You should be able to download it from the APC website.
