PPP and Modem

I want install a Modem in the HP server, set up the ppp and let a client dialing from a PC.
I now can dial from my PC to the HP using HyperTerm, I got prompt and I put the username and password and I got in. However, I can not using ppp to connect to HP. Is any setting should I do on the HP server(HP-UX11.00)
