Predictive Disk error

I see this error in the psaction file. Can someone teach me how to decifer this message. Which disk is this error refering too, and how do you get to taht conclusion.

My Bad,

I see... 8/0.5.0

But I just replaced this disk over the weekend and it synced up OK.

Robert,

This is an Predictive error that means a Unrecoverable data error has occured, meaning
the disk mechansism at 8/0.5.0 is suspect and should be replaced.

These are errors that are reported to HP and decoded. I know of nowhere you can look to decode on your own. The (RC) after INFORMATIONAL means this error would have been reported to HP as long as your transfer capability is working and a CE would be dispatched for disk replacement. Even new disks have problems at times.
