Print security - where are the files located on 10.20

I am having problems with print requests coming through a Metaframe server to my Unix server print queue. They do not make it to the Unix print queue and the Metaframe server gets an error. I have this working at several other locations but, not with this site. Is there a place that anyone could point me to, to look at differences? Much appreciated...
