printer errors

I am having a problem with an HP laser jet IV printer. I am getting a "printer over run" error when trying to print some files. Usually word docs with images. The printer reports 18 meg of memory. It is connected to the PC. I seem to remember (years ago) an online list of HP error messages and codes, but cannot find it.

This is probably not the righ forum for this as it does'nt look like there is a hpux box involved. But I did have the same problem with a 4L printing from windows a while ago and there was a KB article in the Microsoft KB on what you have to change. I cannot remeber exactly but I think it was changing the type to raw in properties. But do a search and you should find it.
