Printer hang or skipped
Print Server O/S = HP-UX 11.11
Application = SAP
Remote printer = OKI Microline 320 Turbo.
Connect to system via JETDIRECT 3000X.
I have setup up the remote printer using sam. Test printed, everything work fine.
But the printer has intermediate problem. During printing sometime the printer will just hang or skipped a line.
For the time being I will disable/enable printer or on/off printer. This will temporaily solved the problem for a while.
I suspect it is firmware problem, but unable to find the latest firmware from HP.
