printer in the workspace

Hi,

I was confused why our C8000 didn't appear the printer manager instead printer control any body know how to add the printer manager in the workspace that shows also the default and other added printer? In c3700 it works fine for us seems it shwo everthing that i'm looking in the C8000. I noticed also that when I login those station that having common desktop environment it shows the printer manager icon in the workspace then when I login to the station that has a wallpaper or in the login box that don't have display common desktop environment that printer icon not shows


any ideas...
