Printer Overlay

I am having probelms with printer overlay- I am using HP UX 10.2 and I have got macros(overlay) which work fine with other servers using 10.2. Should I have to enable the printer overlay - ANy commands to do so? All my macros are in /usr/lib/lp/model/HPLJ4 . Is there any way to test this- How should i troubleshoot this problem ?
