Printer queue problem

Sometimes my HPFAX queue going down by itself.
I must re-enable it by sam!

Could someone give me an explanation and a solution for this probelm?

I've HP-UX 10.20 running on HP 9000-K class
Ubi maior, minor cessat!

HI,

The first thing to do is examine /var/spool/lp/log for clues.
