printing from file manager by dragging icon to print manager

On HPUX 11i Base installation, I need to know if it can be set up so I can print a tiff file by dragging it to the print manager icon from file manager. I was able to to this in 10.20 but no longer since upgrading to 11i. The printer is a Codonics NP1600 and i can print to it from applications or I can ftp a tiff file to it and it prints fine.

any ideas will be appreciated
