Printing Problem

Our Company uses Jetadmin for network printing.

recently I face a Problem,

when the users fire the print out, it is getting to print queue and the says the staus of print job is "paused".

but the printer is not paused.

But after resuming the documents are getting printed.

can any one help me in this probelm.

Hi,

It is possible your printer has not enough RAM
available and you have large print jobs.

This also causes a job to go into the queue and pause. After resume the job prints normal.

It could help to turn off "duplexing allowed".
