Hi,
What version of prngd is installed on your server?. If it is prngd-0.9.26, then it is bug with prngd.
UPpgared to latest prngd-0.9.26.

Even better, you can install the Strong Random Number Generator (KRNG11i)and then disable the psuedo random number generator by setting PRNGD_START=0 in /etc/rc.config.d/prngd.
