problem in rcp after installing nortel 1100 contivity

Dear gurus

I am facing a problem in copying archive logs after installing a nortel contivity 1100 box.
Strange thing is that after configuring contivity we are able to send archives from one of our v-class server to another v-class server. But from v-class to rp7410 we are facing the problem. rcp is happening but its very slow. Please help.

check if your mtu size setting is incorrect.

Any Changes in network settings , and network card speed parameters..

Rcp causes problem and runs slow due to this reasons also.

yes it is set to 1500

What we have done is disable one running lan card from server and assign new ip address to that lan card and accordingly
make changes in routing tables.

See if you are not in autonegotiation, and if it's compatible with your switch and the other host network settings.

RCP receiving host and sending hosts Lan card speed and mode , parameters must be consider into account, in order to not exprencing any slowness or problem.
We have faced same problem and after making 100MB full duplex , it worked fine.

check with lanadmin ,

# lanadmin -x PPA_NO
# lanadmin -x 0

when we pull from remote server it is getting copied in normal time but when we
push from our local server to remote server
data copying is taking lot of time.
